The Pat Priority Club is a Platform developed & launched to establish A Unique Bond with the Retailers (both Ayurvedic & Medical). It is our market Research of 40 odd years that the company which is retailer friendly survives & may go on the top in the market even under several market threats, or different crisis at times. Thus, we have developed our marketing strategy retailer friendly.
The Market Deterioration
It is our observation that no Ayurvedic company takes pains, other than schemes & gifts, to explain & market the Ayurvedic Product to the retailers. In addition, we felt, it would be better if we explain our product that religiously & consistently as we do it in ethical to the Vaidya - doctors & advertised product to the public.


The Market Analysis


Hence, we have developed a separate systematic marketing strategy for Retailer that explains the product in scientific way. This will help to stop wrong selling & over selling. Thus, in a way, we are trying to wipe off one blame that is occasionally made to Retailers of wrong selling & over selling.
Further, we have also observed that, more than 70% of Ayurvedic sales are contributed either by retailer, selling on his own, or patient directly asks for the product. Both have the chances of wrong selling or over selling. Further, it is observed that the role of retailer is like mother who is easily approachable, & at times can be forcibly taken advantage of, for free or no expenses. Probably this might has taken the retailer to wrong selling or over selling.
With this, we have also observed that many of the retailers don’t bother for knowledge & promotion of product. They say it is not our responsibility. Let the product be demanded either by prescription or by advertisement. But, with over 50 years of our retail experience, we have seen that it is always the retailer who is victimised & is at loss, since it is his valuable money that is locked & goes in loss, just because prescriptions have stopped or advertisements have stopped. Many a times, that product, that company or even stockiest have discontinued from the market for one reason or the other. But in all the times, it is the retailer who is the sufferer.

Further, ideally, it is the doctor who has to diagnose the disease & the Pharmacist who should recommend the product. If we have to bounce back to this Ideal situation, we will have to develop the retailer for

The retailer invests in Shop, Furniture & nowadays, in computer & software & last very important in medicines stock. Now the Retailer whose stocks move faster, will be in more profit. But to add to this, if retailer understands the formula & its action of each & every Medicine in his stock, he/she will able to explain the medicine in better way to his customer/patient. This will improve his service to the customer. So he is neither dependent on Patient coming with prescription of doctor or Customer coming with advertisement in his hand. So previously, the stocks which were used to stand idle for the want of Prescription & Advertisement, will be mobilised & brought into Profit. This will help to develop & establish as A Strong Consultative Platform & will Boost His Good Will along with the Profits.

The Shop owner who agrees to this concept & joins PPRClub, he will be assisted as below.
Now, Our Company will help him to gather all required information about the diseases explained by Ayurveda & Pat Product Information. We will also give him / her some possible selling/consultation Techniques. For this, the detailed information of the shop & the owner will be prepared & will be displayed/informed on Website as well as on Customer Care No. Further, Every PPR Club Member will be mailed, informed telephonically about the Company’s Marketing Activities that will be happening in his area. Further, they will be updated all the information about the Pat Products.
The meetings of PPR Clubs will be held at regular interval. Every PPRClub Member will also be involved in activities of Pat Ayurved Katta & some of the Pat Vaidya Vyaaspeeth Activities. This will help him to get boost in Local Area & Lastly it will strengthen the relation with the Company.
