Hypocalcemia, commonly known as calcium deficiency disease, occurs when calcium levels in the blood are low. A long-term deficiency can lead to dental changes, cataracts, alterations in the brain, and osteoporosis, which causes the bones to become brittle.
Signs of Calcium deficiency includes: 1. Muscle aches, cramps, and spasms are the earliest signs of a calcium deficiency.
2. Calcium deficiency has been linked to mood disorders, including depression
3. When the body lacks calcium, it pulls it from sources such as the teeth. This can lead to dental problems, including weak roots, irritated gums, brittle teeth, and tooth decay.
4. Calcium deficiency can lead to osteopenia and osteoporosis.
5. Low levels of calcium can cause insomnia or sleepiness, extreme fatigue, lack of energy.

Having too little hemoglobin is called anemia. Iron also helps our muscles store and use oxygen. When our bodies don't have enough iron, many parts of our bodies are affected.
Iron deficiency is the most common nutritional deficiency and the leading cause of anemia .
Iron deficiency is due either to increased need for iron by the body or a decreased absorption or amount of iron taken in.
Signs of Iron deficiency includes:
1. Fatigue , decreased immune function
2. Decreased work
3. Difficulty maintaining body temperature.
